I bought my new (to me) car via the Autotrader app. Ross and the team at Autopoint York are a pleasure to deal with. I was able to get a great deal on my mini clubman, along with a generous trade-in on my Toyota. Despite there being a minor glitch in the deal, Ross went the extra mile and then some to fix the problem, which shows Autopoint York in a great light. Very and highly recommended!

Autopoint are Car People. As I car guy, who loves performance vehicles, I get that they get this and they have some lovely stock, generally well maintained and if anything does go wrong, lets face it, the world is not perfect, they will do everything they can to put things right. That's what this is about at the end of the day. It's not about when things go swimmingly, but about being straight and going the extra yard. Fancy the look of that tidy looking Porsche Boxster? Give it test drive. That five door super saloon? Take it round the block a few times. First class, knowledgeable guys.

I bought a Porsche Boxster (over £14k) from Autopoint, and arranged to trade in a car in part exchange. Having read some of the online reviews, I proceeded with caution... which was completely unwarranted, as they were EXCELLENT to deal with! Everything proceeded without a hitch, there were no re-negotiations when I went to collect the car, no excuses or delays, and no nasty surprises!... only courtesy and professionalism. I realise that people tend to only write reviews when complaining... on the whole... unless being paid to do otherwise. Few people both to tell you when everything was okay. As it was in my case, and I suspect many MANY other peoples case too! I could have been put off a purchase, and I'm soooo glad I wasn't! With any used vehicle purchase, there's always a risk! For seller and purchaser alike. I would just urge you to judge for yourself, rather than prejudge. These guys deserve some of their many happy customers to leave the positive reviews they deserve! Thanks.

Bought a car a couple of weeks ago. It was delivered to me serviced and MOT’d, salesman really knew his stuff on cars in general, buying off someone so enthusiastic about the car really made my mind up, nice to deal with someone who’s not a pushy salesman. really like the car, would definitely recommend.

From my very first contact with Brad he was helpful and professional. On arriving to view car slight imperfections was pointed out plus a repair needed to be done so had to go back a few days later. He kept us well informed all the way. Any questions answered, experienced and attentive but not pushy. Nothing too much trouble. Had slight problem with bank but he let us take car very trustworthy we thought. Would recommend to anyone, nice one Brad. Will come again.

Contacted regarding a bmax and spoke to will on the same day who was very helpful and understanding , within a couple of days I had bought the bmax and part exchanged for my old car .. the car was delivered to me within a few days by max … car very clean inside and out and both max and will very professional.. had a minor problem a couple of days after purchased the car but max and will helped me , it was booked into a garage near me and sorted by them with no hassle .. I was very unsure about how to buy a car during COVID let alone one that is 4 hours from where I live. The team at Autopoint have been friendly and understanding of the challenges around buying during lockdown. Answered all my questions (of which there was many!) and extremely honest. Some faults highlighted prior to collection (which they could have easily kept to themselves) were rectified and then delivery to me was arranged at no extra cost. Would have no issues buying from them again or buying during COVID situation.

Quick & easy! I brought the car blind over finance, never done this before, Stephen was very kind and honest on the phone before buying the car. The car was as described and very happy with the service indeed! I have huge trust in the dealership for returning for my next car.

I found the car I ended up buying through Autotrader and visited, without notice, and was allowed free reign to pour over the car at my own pace. Steve in the office was accommodating, easy to work with and put no pressure on.I arranged for my own mechanic to visit and review the car (obviously no objection from Autopoint), and the report back was excellent: he could find no immediate faults.Having put a deposit down Steve explained they had still not done their own review, and would also put the car through MOT as there was less than seven mpnths left to run. As a result of their own inspection, and some faults on the MOT, even though we had agreed a price, Autopoint undertook many hours of work to the car and replaced parts that whilst not needing immediate attention could have been an issue. And this was all after they knew they had secured the sale, and I would have happily taken the car without knowing the work needed doing.The service I received was just wonderful, and Steve particularly was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Second-hand car buying doesn't have the best of reputations: seems like I found the exception to the rule.

Good experience with autotrader. We bought a Mitsubishi and we are not disappointed.
